You are basically saying the current Moderator team isn't doing enough, ma'am. You probably didn't mean to sound that harsh. Even if you happen to be completely correct perhaps you could rephrase this in a way that doesn't criticize your future teammates?

I am fairly sure when you are chosen for Moderator someone will help you with the commands, ma'am. This part does not hurt or help your application-- it is just odd to see.

+1 for a well written qualification. Add in an example of why "respect" makes you a good Moderator and this would be excellent.

I am more lost than Donald Trump at a women's rights rally. The topic header is "Rules"... but you talk about how long you've been on SkyBlock and mention you play on other Minecraft servers as well. Then you close with how much you've learned from those other servers.

Rewrite this paragraph. You're looking to support "Rules" and how well you know/apply them. Your server experience can be listed somewhere else. I'm scratching my head a bit on this one, ma'am.

Typing speed does not mean you can help right away. You might be helping someone else at the moment, or you need to figure out what's wrong, or perhaps you're just in the bathroom.

I'm also not entirely sure "typing speed" is a requirement for Moderating. Mostly the job seems to be 2- and 3-word responses followed by a bucketload of common sense. I suppose being a fast typist won't hurt your application.

I'm not entirely sure I can buy this, but if you believe it to be true then I admire that. Normally I would suggest you remove this portion: "Honesty" is a subject that the more you talk about it the less people believe you. But you seem to be very invested in the idea so good luck to you ma'am.

Were you going for something like this?:

"Fast Learner: I am very quick to pick up on new ideas. When I first joined the server I spent some time studying and understanding the rules. Learning how to do things right has always helped me in school and is very important to me as a future Moderator: The skills I was taught for studying math, language and science can be applied to making me a good choice for the staff team."​

Pet peeve activated.​

Do not begin a qualification by disqualifying yourself. "Serious: It's ok to have fun. I'm fairly strict. Not too strict. When I need to be serious, I'm serious": This back and forth gave me whiplash so hard I hired a lawyer to sue you for spinal damages.

If your topic is how serious you are then please stick with supporting statements. Do not talk about how you are not serious or give reasons why you won't be. This confuses your message horribly and makes your qualification messy.

REWRITE THIS. None of these statements go together or supports your "Fair" topic header. This seems like completely unrelated thoughts put down to make the application a bit longer. Go back, take a look at this portion and rewrite it to explain how you are fair and why that would make you a good Moderator.

Do not disqualify yourself in your own application. Why would you do this? If you cannot say something nice about your job application then at least do not suggest someone else would be better.

If you really, really want to say your application isn't the best then at least give a link to another thread that would be better for the job. I am kidding; don't do that. Have a little confidence in yourself and remove any mention of how you're not the best.
