Today, my best friend and I participated in a Chalk Festival. I thought Id go ahead and share pictures from it since I'm... pretty proud of it ;D We took inspiration from the Legend of Zelda game, Twilight Princess. We took pictures as we progressed through the piece so, yeah cx We didn't end up placing since we had some real stiff competition, but we had some serious fun ;D Even though we didn't place, all of the complements and love that we got for the piece really made it worth while. Shoot, just hearing people walk by saying "hey, that's Link!" just really gave us the energy to keep going Anyhow, tomorrow Ill be going back and taking pictures of the other competitors pieces, so Ill make sure to add those too cause theres some simply beautiful ones!
I wish there was a Chalk Festival where I live. Oh my goodness, that looks amazing. I could never draw that traditionally, lmao. I love the Legend of Zelda, brings me back to the old games.
