Today when i was trying to make a fast farm for my skyblock it required rails so i tried to get some but apparently there not enabled! Why aren't they enabled modz?! Are they problems or produce to much lagg?! If they do i can understand but if not can we discuss why they can't be added back?!

I'm pretty sure rails were disabled because of a dupe glitch, not sure though.

Just confirming what everyone else has stated above; Rails were disabled due to it being very simple to duplicate rails, allowing people to make a lot of profit from them. Unsure of whether or not they will ever be enabled again, but for now, they are disabled

 

They'll probably be enabled in 1.9, once the server updates. Until then, just gonna have to tough it out.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but minecarts placed on rails are being removed by CLAG if I recall it right. So it's pretty much useless for an AFK Farm.
