You know those people, who you give the entire world to, yet they don’t give a crap about you? Those people, who you spend hundreds of dollars from your own pocket on; those people, who you would have done everything for; those people, who turned their backs on you and sold you out; those people, who never even thought about giving anything in return for you?


There are so many of those people on the server who just take people for granted. People who just don’t seem to realize what you and I will do, and have done for them. People who are so utterly selfish, so much that they don’t even care about how what they do can affect someone, or how someone could actually feel something about what they did. People who would do anything to benefit themselves, and turn away at even the slightest glimpse of hardship.


Or when I did everything for some people, when I would live for that person, and confide in that person, because I thought they were my friend. But then when I told them things, they would use that against me. Or when I would give everything I had to them. Or when I would give them everything I had to offer. And instead of a ‘thank you’ all I received was a hot-and-cold attitude that hurt worse than a kick to the gut.


Because frick those people. Frick you if you think you can wrong me and just get away with it. edited you if you think I won’t just ruin your life. You may be petty, and selfish, and you may be an ignorant piece of trash, but karma is a female dog.

Because it's in our nature. Any animal will do anything to benefit themselves the most, and of course the wealthy can benefit you the most. If you had to pick between two people who were identical in every way, shape, and form, except one was well-off, and the other was living in poverty, you would choose the rich one. It's our animal nature, something that our morality can't argue against, because the rich will help you more than the poor ever will in terms of survival.

 

Okay Okay I see your point, to be honest, your right, most people would pick the more wealthy, its your natural instinct.

But, if you live in NY for example and you ask a man for in a suit with a briefcase that looks all fancy and rich for some spare change, chances are he's just going to brush you to the side. Go up to homeless person and ask them, even though they are poor themselves they are more likely to help you. Because they understand the struggle. \

I honestly cannot say I like rich people more then poor people. Where I live, rich people are just stuck up and don't give a s*** about the people in poverty. And on skyblock I do not have any skygod or donor400 friends, they always ignore me, or just aren't friendly towards me just because I am lower then them.

 

We're talking about rich that give not take.

The rich are less likely to give, but those who do, give a lot. The poor are more likely to give, but they can't give anything.

 

They'll give you anything they can though. They may not be able to give a lot, because they are poor themselves but they will definitely help you out best they can. I grew up in poverty.

The rich give lots of money, but it's still only a small portion of what they have.

The poor give a little, but it's all the have.

So the poor give more because they care enough to give everything, while the rich give small parts of their wealth.

Yes, been there with people, still would for someone, even though they left me when I needed their presence the most. I guess I just don't have a problem with forgiving/overlooking and being unconditional.

Not only on the server, some people irl. Some realize it, but not to the fullest extent, and once they do, they're unsure of what to do, whether they try to make it up to you, or just continue living with the feeling. Some people honestly don't know how much they can affect someone, but at the same time, some people realize the impact but cant or choose not to do something at times... And it's f***ing shitty to be on the receiving end.
Some have more delayed reactions of emotions, but its up to them how to cope, some are more sudden.
And some people who you do place your faith in, they will at times turn to something they never were once the spoils and gains are introduced.

There isn't much I can say regarding this except the one sentence I can use to describe my own self.
"I lost my world, and now have no world left to give to"
Nothing is worse than a shoulder from the only person that can do something. And yes, trying to give someone everything that you can, it's f***ing shitty when it turns out badly...

I can relate to some of your main points like the ones highlighted, whether a similar situation or polar opposites. But, also, still caring about a person or situation after being f***ed over is a trait of mine, no matter how badly I get f***ed up.

Regarding MC, too much f***ing drama and bullshit that I get really f***ing tired of dealing with.

Think of it this way,

He gave you 10$, The other guy gave you 50$, He only had 10$, The other guy had 200$.

The poor are more likely to give EVERYTHING they own for someone they care about, someone they love, where as the rich, They give only small portions of what they have, It may be a lot but it's still not what a poor person would give.
