This has been bugging me and probably other people for a while now. Inspired by Everything Wrong With The Staff Team [Not Hate] | Skyblock Forums, I'll finally put my opinion out there.



Dear Administrators and other,
here is my post: First of all Cypriot and Crew, what is the "suggestions" forum anymore? As far as I can see, there are rarely any replies on that, even if you're not going to implement it. Come on, you are not that busy that you cannot reply to some suggestions for your server? I understand that you have other things to do but at the rate you are currently replying to those posts that excuse is just out of the window.

Now, Noobcrew, where are you!? It seems like Cypriot does all the community work for you now and you never or VERY VERY rarely ever talk with your community or listen to them. You own the server, you make the decisions. Are you hiding from something? If there would be an inactivity poll for staff you would be the 1# inactive. And you're the owner!! You are supposed to be active. Why not give Cypriot the complete owner status and you would be admin? Not saying you do not do anything, but why not talk with your community or as stated above reply to suggestions with reasons etc.?

Now, who makes the rules? As far as I can see, the s-mods are now the new admins (even if not titled so) and are forced to make rules since the real admins sadly do not update the rule threads. I'd suggest you talk with your staff team and discuss (for example through teamspeak or skype) which new rules need to be made. Then you let them go through a community poll and look at their opinions. It can't really be that hard, can it? The proof that this is so badly done is the "color code rule" which was around for ages without the real admin/you even realising it.

As said in that other thread, this isn't even a real team anymore. You need to fix this for the sake of your server. LISTEN to suggestions, TALK with your community, UPDATE the rules! This is not a hate thread, it's just things that have probably extremly bugging people. Once again, I know you do stuff and I'm not saying that you don't. What I mean is that you need to interact with your community more. For example Rate Abuse Defined + 25 posts to use post ratings | Skyblock Forums is a very nice example of what is important to do. I'd reccomend not even locking it and answering questions. But great job on that!

I agree, some super mods should definetly be admin.

 

And im being serious, hes always on, he is the definition of a good mod. He could seriously help but I dont think cyp would be ready to hand that much power to anyone.

 

The ironic thing is Cyp doesn't choose the admins, Noobcrew does and this comment just shows how people think of Cyp as the owner instead of the admin and how Noobcrew is forgotten because of his inactivity to skyblock

RobloxianRoblox , Lemonade , and Krissy should be admins here. They are all very trustable and Roblox and krissy are older players than Lemonade but Lemonade is stricter. (Also roblox and krissy). I just hate how cyp rarely does reply to suggestion well.. mostly "threads". Not gonna be specific which section. Noobcrew is the owner here but he get one in a month or 2 months. He posts only in MV. He is active in MV.

 

I agree. Some mods do deserve admin. As they are far more active then Crew and they are trustful too

 

The closest we got to an admin was Xelnagahunter and if he's not getting it. No one is.

 

Please don't promote our current SMods to admin.

 

I suggested it. It was declined by an executive decision by Noob through cyp. Cyp even put a sad face after it.
