As I said before I do not think I did anything or would atleast like an explanation and/or an apology. This isn't a mod report so don't ask Also I'd like to add I know I don't exactly have the best reputation but honestly I felt as if I was being mocked by a moderator who put in their application they are "Helpful", "Kind/Loving", "Unbiased" and "Understanding". Also I asked a friend for them to ask a moderator to explain or message me so we could sort this out here is what she said;

Yeah, I did mute you, the only reason I said, "Why does it matter?" is because when I do tell people muted them, they constantly pester me to unmute them. She never told me why it mattered, so I don't see what the problem is with that. If she said you wanted to know to appeal or something like that, I would of told her. Ok, you constantly spam chat, and since I have muted you for 30 minutes before, the next doubled mute would be 1 hour. If you'd like proof of you spamming, hold up a sec let me find it .

The problem is that if I don't know what I've done therefore for future reference I don't know how to learn from this. Hence what a mute is partially for - a warning. Although she didn't say it was for an appeal (because I wasn't planning on making one until you refused to tell me what I had done) she did ask several times in global chat (who had muted me to bring it to private message) but she was ignored several times. The word constantly is an over statement which is shown through the screenshots you have provided. I cannot see how this is classified as spam? Also I would like to note; for example Eleanora had written similar to me yet she did not receive any punishment. When was this? Also I'm just wondering why I was muted about 3mins after offending .
If she did say that, my apologies, I did not see it. Again, I didn't see her saying you wanted to know why you were muted -- again, my apologies No, I didn't mean this day, I mean over the course of the week. You obviously know the rules, so there is no reason to give you a kick when you have already been warned. People get higher muted each time the break a chat rule again. I fail to see how you fail to understand that this is spam. Spam is Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages, and you dragging out a simple "haha!" Or "lol!" is exactly that. Actually, I am almost positive I kicked her for her spam. The reason she didn't receive a mute is because I don't see her breaking as many rules as you. It isn't good to compare yourself to others when the situations are different. I have done it before, I just can't pinpoint the exact date/time. It wasn't too long ago. Also, your friend Fern clearly stated you have been muted for at least 4 hours that day, so technically, my mute wasn't as long as it should have been. It wasn't that long, and it took me time to get realname proof and kick the other spammers before I could get to muting you.
I'm expressing emotion, I do this often I've never been warned for it before. This is usually in chat a lot and it's not just me who expresses emotion this way. Only on this single occasion have I been muted for it. She has said she is certain you didn't. She has also said she gets kicked daily. I had a 2 hour mute for reasons I'm unsure followed by a 30min mute for saying sperm, which is understandable. I'm quite sure it was which was the main reason I was confused. I would like this closed now. Thank you.
You were muted because of your excessive spam. It wasn't just because of this occasion. Well, maybe she forgot, but I did kick her at least once. Yes, but not by me. I don't always know what people are doing, so I have to use best judgement. As I said, stop comparing yourself to others when the situations are different. Well then, to be honest, you should of had a longer mute up to 4 hours since the mutes are supposed to double. I can't be sure of what everyone does to people, and I cannot help that. You should know the rules good by now since you get so many mutes. Pro tip: Don't break chat rules and you wont be muted. I am sorry, but I don't have anything for the mute, my bad.
