I have never been banned on any of the three servers. How long can you be active on the server/forums every day? Anywhere from five to six hours all days of the week. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I have been a moderator on multiple servers, and administrator on two. All servers I have previously been staff on ranged from twenty to fifty players daily. Why do you think you should be a mod? I think I should be a moderator because I am someone who is flexible enough to the point where I can adapt to any situation put in my path, and because of my many interesting qualities as an individual. Some of my most applicable traits include; Experience I have knowledge in and out of what being a staff member really means, and how everything works. Having been staff on many servers, I know that it all comes down to providing the best atmosphere for the players, and following the rules while simultaneously enforcing them. Conformability I only refrain from taking on tasks if I know I am incapable of handling it. In other words, I am ambitious, and I know my limits. Outgoing Under no circumstances will I refrain from doing my job to the best of my ability. I always strive to provide the best experience possible for the community, and make sure that it can be rewarding and enjoyable for both myself and the players. Sympathetic I am very understanding of other's feelings and try to comfort people in times of distress. Flexibility I'm very well-rounded and can dedicate myself to multiple tasks at once. I also get used to changing environments quickly. Effectiveness & Efficiency I do not waste time as I know that sometimes people can be impatient and anxious when faced with a problem, so my goal is to put them at ease as quickly as possible, flawlessly. Honesty I am not one to abuse any form of power I attain, and I am unbiased and stern. I answer all questions without hesitation. Dedication I am as serious about keeping your server stable as I am about anything else which I feel I can benefit from. With hard work and persistence, I hope I can grow and learn new ways to help the server prosper. I feel I am fit for the position of trial moderator because I have experience taking care of servers with different demographics, and I've been exposed to nearly everything at this point in time. I think that having dealt with multiple types of servers gives me an advantage, as there is a variety of different types of players here at Skyblock. It has been a long while since I have been a standard moderator on a server, but in the past, my tasks included monitoring chat, guiding players throughout the server and forums, and taking care of players who unfortunately chose to break the rules. As an administrator, I have managed lower staff, handled promoting and demoting lower staff, and provided builds for the server. I have also done my fair share of time as a builder. I have been a builder on more servers than I have been a moderator, which I think shows that I am trustworthy and also persuasive. I am a take-charge person and always ask if anyone is having trouble, rather than waiting for issues to arise. Being a staff member also means abiding by all of the rules set in place, while also enforcing them at the same time. The role of staff on a server to me is being as enthusiastic and determined as possible to keep everything the way it should be according to the rules: family friendly, free of problems, and just a generally enjoyable, fun and rewarding experience for the players. Most of my motivation comes from the fact that I just enjoy playing on Skyblock. I look forward to coming on basically everyday to build, talk with friends, and help out. I always try to help as much as I can, whether it be on the forums or the server. I hope to achieve higher positions through steady work that will let me be more beneficial for the server. Anyway Partial support: you might want to add some more details in the section about your qualifications. Explain more in detail why your qualification would make you a better moderator etc. You are just describing them, but whithout linking them to the moderation job
What I am saying is that telling us why being flexible, sympathetic and outgoing makes you a better moderator. It would highly raise your chances of getting promoted, in my opinion
