Stating the truth about the quality of human nature doesn't make you a pessimist. There are outliers on both sides though. Sometimes people don't to just leave or turn something off though because they may have people they care about in a community where 1 person is being shitty. It's what a person can put up with imo. And then there's the people that cause drama, lie, manipulate, use people, etc... The world is a hellhole.
Human nature does not include bullying. It is your choice to bully someone or not. This behavior is unacceptable. I know I have been a horrible person with a crappy attitude lately, and I plan to change. I am truly sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings
It does include it. It's not our choice to bully someone or not, but it is our choice when it happens. It's unacceptable to some, not all.
Well, if you want to be safe, just don't bully people. It is unacceptable to most people, its just like being rude. The best way to avoid trouble is to be kind, not rude. Bullying is just the same, some people can tolerate people bullying them, others can't. Just stay safe by not bullying others
Well I think we can all agree to the fact that bullying is bad, and no matter if it is pArt of human nature or not, this is something all humans are capable to refrain of doing. Self control is what separate us from animals even if neurologists estimate the part of "free will" in our actions to a mere 5%.
I agree strongly, as a victim of Cyber Bullying in the past I can indeed relate. It's nice to see someone taking a stand in some way shape or form.
not reading 4 pages, just page one... bullying is unfortunately a part of life. i will just tie it along with the rest of lifes downside... killing and stuff like that has been going on for centuries, so has bullying. its something we cant stop. we want to, we try to. but there is no way it will end. the most we can do, is be there for eachother in times of need. to stop it is one of few things- strip human emotion (of any way, wether it be a small portion, or strip human emotion entirely)i have a movie that kind of represents this concept- equillibrium. or just kill all humans. (bender will be so happy) disclaimer- not advocating it, and deffinatly dont agree with it. big reason i never watch the news, and try to avoid it. seeing people kill people or harm them just depresses me.
No one deserves to be bullied. Not even bullies. If we live in a world where bullies get bullied for being bullies then what's the point of even promoting no bullying? It's stupid. You of all people should know what it's like to be made fun of, left out, called names yet you threaten to do the same if someone crosses you? Smh. /endrant
