ive asked mods but they said only admins can

 

Mods can remove private signs

 

Also for the coords you need the letters

When they say that they cannot, they may mean that they can't without admin permission or permission from the player who locked the chest (Since it is easy to be by another person's chest and say they were kicked).

 

this is .org so that could be why they can remove signs for you but i had asked pein if he could break a lockette on a gate and he said only admins can break them

 

Then message on of our great admins Creekz, Luke, CypriotMerks, or even Noobcrew himself.
