You can make private sessions if you are a donor. You can use your voice or if you do prefer you can use a chatbox, it's a simple system once you get used to it.

He should answer this but some mods which have either been demoted or resigned told me why the didn't like it. 2 reasons, 1 which they thought it attracted toomich attention, 2 which they thought there was too much stress.

Hi! As I said, it was mainly to do with an altercation with an old Dev. Not going to go into details in public, besides, it's old news now and long in the past. I actually quite liked the functions of being a Mod, I felt I was fair and only had the best interests of the players. I liked the reporting side and making sure I had enough evidence to support my decisions. There is no getting around the time involved though and this should only be considered if you have the dedication to commit long term. Believe me, the novelty of having extended permissions soon wears off! Also, you think chat moves fast for a regular player? Try seeing what a mod sees LOL.
