Actuly i tryed giveing him the pickaxe back read the whole appeal he just threw it back to me and said i would be banned so basicly i didn't codmit a crime

 

He never said you tried to give it back to him.

I know that's all he recorded too 2 minute video but beleive me that's what happend he even told me i didn't try to give it back to him and i'm like wtf? i did try to give it back to you you just dropped it he tryed realy hard to get me banned so that's the only reason why i made this appeal and think i don't deserve to be banned

I already had refunded the pickaxe. If you were banned for what you had done then thats up to the Moderator. All I did was refund.

I didn't lie? i mean he said we where all good and she never banned me she just pretty much was like it's fine i didn't realy lie though? and i tryed to give him the pickaxe back so that was pretty much not stealing he just tossed it right back to me afterwards
