Just want to know what you are using for recording trades and such. I don't have a recording SW yet and just don't want to go through installing and comparing the horrendous of those.

    Thank you!

I got ActivePresenter, it is very handy because there are lots of options and available customisations. Also it includes an extremely useful video editor, so you do not have to use stuff like Windows Movie Maker. Of course it is free, you do not have to pay for it.

Costs to much for the good version
    Never heard of it
Just use obs. By far the best free one I've found and it's the most customizable. Just look up a tutorial on how to use it.

I use a Elgato. Very good if you are willing to invest.

For recording on Xbox and play station that's the best, but for recording on pc it's just like not logical. There's such better programs out there for free and the elgato costs $150.

That is true, I also use it for Xbox so I already had it. I used to use Fraps and it was very good.

True as well. What not to use is Bandicam:
    - no customisation
    - looks ugly
    - several audio issues (that I have run into in the past)
    - not professional
    - prints www. Bandicam .com on the top of the video, which is kinda annoying...

Obs, it's free, easy to use, and fast to start recording. Just watch up a video on YouTube what to put your settings to. It's really good for that

    This

Again obs is better than any paid program you can download, if you know how to use it, and it's free. Only thing that might be better is action but again that's not free.

    Bandicam free... That is.
For me, Bandicam works great and I have a little activation tool that gives you the full version for as long as bandicam remains open.
For recording trades and such on Windows, bandicam is a good one to me. However others swear by camtasia. Mac people have QuickTime

Thank you all for your detailed Feedbacks. Still not sure of which to take, but I'll have a look at the free ones, that for sure.

    Go ahead :)
