Charged twice for Donor 25

    Your in-game name: VictoryKnight
    What item/donor package: Donor25
    Transaction ID/Picture of the receipt: I have gone up and down and searched my email and can not find any receipt emails. I do have an image from my bank account showing the charges. Sending a copy of the image to the inbox.

    You can find the receipt in your email. (Please add the picture of the receipt as it will help me a lot).

    If you feel uncomfortable posting the transaction ID & Receipt feel free to send me an inbox and make sure you title it "<Your name> Transaction ID/Receipt".

    If you're not sure how to screenshot, look on top of your keyboard and look for "PrtSc" press the button and open up paint and ctrl + v :)

    I would be ok just making the second $25 payment go to upgrading me to the $50 donor package.

    Still hanging in here, just thought a little bump might be in order though.
    I'm also curious, what are the chances of having items retroactive to the original date of payment, meaning would I be able to get the items I would have received at the /kit donor50 back paid to me once this is resolved?

    Could you please post a picture of the e-mail that the skyblock staff sent? Then that could mean solid proof, and not just copying and pasting

    Look, you really need to stop posting stuff like this. You are not an admin and I see posts like this from you all the time and it is getting really annoying. If my problem was "sorted" I wouldn't have posted the post I did a few minutes ago and you would never have known the difference anyways.

    Honestly, there is no need to fuss. All I'm doing is helping the Skyblock community, and showing maturity on my mod app. So please don't start writing mean comments to me, all I'm doing is trying to help you. You should respect that a player is taking their time to try and sort out your problem. Thanks for reading :p

    And if you think I'm being mean, wait until you are in the real world. This is an issue that deals with money and issues that deal with money SHOULD NOT take a month to correct and only people that have access to those tools should be responding. You should be able to recognize when your help is even possible and work around that, not try to stick your nose everywhere just so you can try to make yourself look good. You are accomplishing the opposite of just that by doing so.

    I wasn't rude, I told you how it is. If you can't accept being told how things are, don't post and watch out when you grow up, you're in for a "rude" awakening.
    You see what bertgamer333 did, that was helpful, you were not. Also posting that "It's not my problem so." is not a great thing to post if you are trying to present yourself as helpful.
