Neutral. I like the idea, but if you want to talk you can just get in-game so it's not really needed.
I would only really go for this idea if there were forum moderators since I can see a lot of abuse in a chat like this and we would need more constant supervision of it.
No support. As CoolCreeper mentioned, if you want to chat, just get in-game. From my past experience of shoutboxes, they work well on smaller forums with less traffic, but I can see this becoming hectic very quickly here. Usually, shoutboxes are used to get the attention of staff members to get in-game, as much as this could be useful, it's easier to make a report, or directly PM a moderator.
Support, If this suggestion ever does go through, if anyone ever does get a forum moderator rank again it would give them something to do since spambots are pretty much not an issue anymore. Honestly I would moderate on this a lot since I cant get ingame very often due to my computer so I will be able to do more
This is more fun. As for the suggestion it would just be another place to moderate. I think that if someone wants live chat but doesn't want to get on the server they can use minechat so no support.
We used to have one of these a while ago I think. It was actually pretty cool just not many people used it since ts is a thing. Or maybe it was mineverse that had it I can't remember.
Neutral, as Coolcreeper said, And also because we have tapatalk, which allows us to contact each other on the forums just in the same way as a live chat.
As Krissy already said, unless we get more forums moderators, this could be constantly abused. No support.
We had it in the past It was removed because nobody used it. Then somebody asked for it back and we got it back Then nobody used it.
