She's good right now because of her potential disengage against other champs.

Can't you q early too, by pressing your q again? Like Lux's e?

Otherwise it charges over 3 seconds and the knockup increases by .5 or .25 or somthing for every secind

 

Yeah, you can Q instantly and it'll knock up and still go a decent distance.

Janna is the disengage queen, enemy chose a bad team comp when I locked in Janna.

 

Can you stop Malp's ult?

 

No, I think they changed it as most interrupting abilities no longer stop it.
As long as you dodge it, then ult straight after it ruins him and heals back all the damage and negates the enemies engage if they all pounced.
