And I disagree with the fact "you need a ton more work" hence the disagree, not only because it gets boring after a while, but you start repeating yourself.

But as a mod, you must maintain your composure at all times OR remove yourself from the server until you can moderate. You didn't do this. Instead, you did this:

Lol I was in one of those pics! XD funny tho I still remember that gummi said that. It was just like it was yesterday. But it's ok like it is unfair for the .net people to come and fill our server will like 100+ people! And just take the .org stuff the force to trade for .net stuff too what I did! I trade a .net head for a .org! Like everyone gets frustrated sometimes

You've lost track of your morals and are slowly changing for the worst, you don't know what is a joke and plain annoying. Constantly seeing players come complain to me about your actions and saying that they've actually ignored you and saying I should mute you in chat due to how you've been acting lately

Not to mention your own actions. I don't care what you do on servers but if you are going to feel pride for doing something really bad on another server and laugh about it, it makes me worry about what you would ever do on this server.

You go changing your username constantly, I think Cyp would have a hard time with Prefixes to constantly add your perms and your prefix. You constantly make fun of me, and hate on me so much. This is why I am no supporting and never changing my decision,
