I'm going to preface this by saying that way too many players get away with Hacks on SkyWars, way too often. I want the implementation of an Anti-Cheat system on SkyWars. The Moderators currently do an outstanding job as far as I've seen, but they can only ever be in a couple of places within a limited time frame. I talked with Wilbos_World today on SkyWars, and he/she was extremely helpful and quick taking action as far as Moderation goes for a SkyWars server, so I thank that player greatly. I haven't seen many Moderators online, but that may be due to my time zone. Doing my calculations and taking observations, about 40 hacking players were in my games just today, and I just can't accept that, it makes me very upset. Especially seeing as I am starting a YouTube series on the SkyWars server, I want my channel to contain content like Montages and Commentary, not hacker report videos. I want as many hackers eradicated as possible, ASAP. Let's see if we can get some support for this, I'm sure many would definitely appreciate it. FinicalYT
The problem is anti cheat plugins have flaws. Not all of them can stop certain hacks, others are too sensitive and will punish players with bad connections and others just plain out lag players and the server. Thats what we have on the server. Anti cheat was a bad experience. The issue isn't our protection it is the fact pvp in general is a hard game-mode to moderate. Hackers will always be on the server and we just need more staff to catch them out.
Noo It's because our no cheat configuration is garbage. It needs to be tinkered with a lot. Plus a lot of the no cheat systems we have are working most likely, there's just no mods on a lot of the time to ban them. The pvp just needs to be fixed there along with a host of other issues I made a thread about.
I agree with Krissy. No support unless you can find a really good Anti-Cheat implement. Many servers have Anti-Cheat implements and I hate it because I get kicked when I sometimes have a bad connection.
I don't understand why all of you are saying no support to this. All he wants to do is remove the hackers on skywars. There's a lot more we can do to achieve that than we are currently doing. Maybe if we actually had dedicated skywars mods there wouldn't be as many hackers, because the way it is right isn't working.
Updated NCP config again and tested few popular cheats with Mark to confirm you can't use the following cheats Fly Glide Aimbot Steps Spider Anti-Knockback Sadly NCP does not block it as it client sided for the most part. NCP cannot force a player to move directly back.
