While there is humor everything in that review is light-hearted and mostly helpful. He didn't write a whole lot so it was difficult to give specific advice... however his enthusiasm was definitely worth some notice. I'm slightly baffled anyone could look at Jmcgill03's application, read my comments and come away with "That's just mean". What...?

Very passionate person, but seems to think being a Moderator is all about attention and being admired. Might need a rewrite to highlight their personal skills and how they would benefit the server. Good luck to him.

To the best of my knowledge I have never heard the phrase "My feedback is 99% trustworthy". That was worth spraining an eyebrow over, best of luck to Ms. Salty.
