I was not aware so many people wanted to read a novel. I figured the point of the application questions was to answer the questions sufficiently.
Apparently, according to a number of people, being succinct is not a preferred trait. Being able to make the point and move on; not something we want in moderators I guess.
So, I suppose I'll find some time to redo this sometime this weekend.

Now that is an interesting way to describe the team you are trying to join. So you are applying to be on a staff of people who are terrible Mods, abuse powers (maliciously!) and grandstand for popularity? People tend to remember when you say things like this about their friends/coworkers.

More than likely you didn't intend to call the current team something worse than self-cleaning Holocaust ovens. But you may need a slight rewrite here to downplay your angry opinion of the people hired by the guy approving your application. Or not-- You're 100% within your rights to tell me to shut up, Serif.

Sorry about that. When you have a moment please reconsider writing about how a reprimand can be positive. Punishments are a negative consequence of bad behavior, saying you enjoyed the reprimands is inviting a joke I can't make on a family friendly forum. At the very least you are suggesting you have a lot of run-ins with Moderators punishing you for rule breaking. Please reword slightly.

You're tossing more shots than a college fraternity. If I'm reading this correctly then you are applying to join a team of terrible, power-abusing attention seekers where the good members have already left?

There's an idea known as Negging where you make yourself look appealing by insulting the person (or group) you're trying to join. I'm not sure if you're doing this intentionally, but please consider rephrasing this entire section to avoid sounding like Donald Trump at a debate.

You've had a breadth of experience, excellent. There's a question for that on the template-- it is a little farther down. Consider moving this section to the "Do you have experience?" question, or give this part a slight edit to detail how the way you (Serif) handling different personalities would benefit the server.

For example: "I would make a good Moderator because I can handle abusive players without reacting negatively. I can comfort depressed individuals, calm down irritated people and find ways to make any event a fun experience for everyone." This highlights how you deal with others without leading into where you honed that set of skills.

Too many commas. I thought for a moment you actively provide help in chat by stepping into an island while bantering with who you're about to have a good time. I think I may have just given myself an aneurysm.

This is how you highlight work experience in an application. Massive amounts of +1 here, excellently done sir. Drop the slang (pleebs, opps, etc) and angry call-outs to the Poke-Masters and this is dead perfect.

Application is updated. Not the page stretcher that I promised, but I've never been able to be anything but concise unless I am writing a story.... So, to those who complain that it 'isn't long enough', I am not here to write a book. I'm here to apply for Moderator. Answering the questions clearly should be sufficient.
