Your in-game name:Insomniac Warning Which timezone are you in? I am currently in the EST timezone. Which languages do you speak? English and I speak it fluently. Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?) No, and I plan on continuing to be ban free from everything such as scam, hack, disrespect and etc. Why do you think you should be a mod? Respect: I have lots of respect others and I tend to focus on others and not myself unless its striving to work harder with fulfilling players needs. I use my manners towards everyone even to people who might not give me respect and i shall continue to do the same to everyone no matter what race or age. I tend to work things out with my own problems very humble and make sure I do not disturb not only the person I am having trouble with but every single one of my peers Agility: I am a very fast typer and can type without mistakes and if someone needs something i shall get right on it no matter what i need to. i tend to get things done faster such as getting peoples needs or problems done right away. If someone is asking a question i will reply right away unless dealing with someone else's problem I shall continue theirs asap. Reliable: I am very reliable if you need someone to hold on to something i am usually the person my friends go to. If you expect me to get on to a problem right away you can count on me because I love to help people with their issues no matter the problem. If one of my friends or fellow players needs me to attend something or help out while they are afk or have to go i shall complete what the challenge they have given to me asap and continue to help others. Knowledge: I know lots when it comes to electronics from programming games those simple games you always get addicted to to getting rid of viruses. I think this will come in handy also because if someone is having trouble getting their game to stop lagging or their items aren't working and etc. I can help them not only receive what they need but to keep them calm during these situations. I also know lots about skyblock from creating items to spawning pets to enchanting items or even island building. Creativity: I try to think outside the box or open new doors to things, so if someone needs help building their island I will help them unless not important at that time compared to other players issues. I not only want to help people, but to team up with them get to know them and maybe we can create something ourselves. I also love to delete my islands and recreate new ones and new designs, you could say I love minecraft obviously because I love to build. Reasonable: I am also reasonable, I like to think about the problems and see what the issues really are. If someone has stolen something or scammed someone obviously that player unless other issues are spoken to me. I love to see both sides of the story because i love seeing how people describe their side of the story, you can also tell if the person is lying if they are yelling getting frustrated with the moderator and is not calm. however that's not always the case, sometimes you could see people with anxiety that can't keep calm so I like to approach the players with that. Stringent: I am very very stringent because I like to obey by the rules, if someone does something wrong I do not want it to happen again and depending how bad the issues is I would like to give them a punishment, with every choice comes a consequence, I like to think of it that way because most players no in the first place they should not be doing what they are doing. I also like to remind people of the rules that they should obey after their wrong doings, it gives then a little thought in their mine or a reminder not to do it again. Sophisticated: I do not like to fool around much, especially in situations where their shouldn't be, this kind of goes along with my strictness and how i like to approach people the right way. Foolishness is not the answer maybe to cheer someone up but not to deal with situations that could get someone into deep trouble such a** temporary ban or even permanent ban. Subservient: Also could be known as observant. I like to keep watch on others incase of wrong doings such as illegal trade or free admissions to things such as skin competitions casinos and banner shops. I also like to observe people that might look perspicuous or suspicious or people that feel like they are being watched so I can address them and see if there's anything wrong not only to check in on people but to see how people react in the situation so I can get more information on that player. Affable: I am very affable to others or friendly. I do not like to address people in appropriate ways such as yelling, anger, or frustration. I like to approach people nicely so in that case the others will treat me the way I want to be treated and me the same to them. I like to talk to people see what they are like and maybe chat or build together, and maybe meet up again on the server another time, and not only meet up in game but in real life, of course in the same age range as me around late teens early adulthood. How long can you be active on the server every day? I am always very active and I am almost on the server half the day. I am very addicted to electronics which may result in a good thing such as getting to peoples needs more often especially if there are not enough moderators are on the server or none. So most of the time I will be on the server 5 - 8 hours a day. Please take this into consider: Not all times may be correct, they may vary from longer times to slightly less. I also will not be on at holiday dates, because I think that's where i should spend time with the ones I love Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes, However I do not recall the server, I would love to list it to you but I do not have the ip because of deletion. Though I lost the server I think I did well myself and I hope I can strive and do even better on this server. p.s I like to speak my thoughts and I think building is a new passageway to not only bond but to express your feelings and everyone needs a little bit of that in their life.
yeah not just that, but also your application should be more detailed in the other areas aside from why you think you should be a moderator
I think i have plenty info on the others as there is much info needed in why its always good to be detailed in the most important parts and the other ones such as language timezone and times ill be on clearly do not need as much as that
I think i have plenty info on the others as there is much info needed in why its always good to be detailed in the most important parts and the other ones such as language timezone and times ill be on clearly do not need as much as that and the ban i have never been banned so it shouldnt need that much info plus you have to be more DETAILED and say which parts could be more detailed which in my opinion i couldve done a little better in the past moderator expieriences
I just started five hours ago plus im on skyblock every single day and the time ive been in forums ive been on every second reading in on each section some people are faster than others
Okay a little more advice, try to incorporate colours into your mod app and get a sort of banner to place at the top of your application and at your signature, it'll help to bring your application to the public of the forums. The colours will make your app neater and possibly easier to read.
50%. Try to not put too much bullet points in why do you think you should be mod, it doesn't attract readers. Also, keep cool and don't get angry that no mods are replying. we are all friends here, doesn't matter whether we are a mod or not
You do realize that normal players can give feedback just as crucial as a mod's. Don't get annoyed that no moderators aren't replying to your moderator application; they have other things to worry about. Most mods don't really look at mod apps, especially with so many things on their plate. Instead of complaining, why don't you take the feedback everyone else is giving to you and use it to your advantage? Everyone took the time out of their day to review your moderator application. Learn to appreciate the feedback these players are giving to you. Respect these players who are giving you feedback, because in the end, feedback from regular players is better than no feedback at all. In my opinion, it seems as though you aren't really respecting the players who decided to leave feedback for you. Remember, they took time out of their day to give you tips to improve. The way you're taking the feedback as shown in the quote above shows me that you can be quite immature. You say you don't yell at people or talk in a frustrated tone, but in the quote at the very top of this post "Ugh I get a bunch of twelve your olds replying but no mods" contradicts this. This quote is implying that you are quite annoyed and frustrated. I don't think free admission to skin comps, casinos, or banner shops is a wrong doing... 50% support. Also, just so I know, do you help players through /msg or in global chat?
Nah its just mods arent answering and i want people of older ages such as mid to late teens to early adults but thx
I agree with this.^^ Also I have a few things of my own to incorporate, 1. Fix a few grammar mistakes(Uncapitalized i(s), few missing periods, random capitalized letters, etc). 2. You're a new member to the forums. I suggest getting around the forums before applying. The forums basically half of a moderator's job. 3. You seem a bit immature. 4. I've never seen you online(only 1 hour time difference).
