Currently, you cannot apply for Dev as we aren't in need for one. However, if you'd like to take it up with CypriotMerkz in a pm, I believe that would be fine.
You cannot apply for developer as Fun has stated but you can ask CypriotMerks if you wish. But, I suggest adding more details onto why you should be a developer for the server.
Developer is not available for applicants to apply to. The last time I checked, you can only apply for Moderator.
