Kitkat: This is an odd application to read because I already reviewed you before ma'am. Looking at the last review and this thread I'm seeing a lot of changes in wording and style. Since your original post was good I can definitely say I'm optimistic about how this is looking.

Several issues:

• You're implying from the first day you started playing all the way until now you're seeing tons of people breaking rules and not being punished. This looks like you're beating on the current Mod team like they're pathetic piñatas at a birthday party.
• Promoting you would "push the server up immensely"? Either you're stating the admin crew is garbage or the quality of the players is one step above ASBO inmates.
• Don't go into your deep, dark, problematic past when you are trying to explain why the server needs you as a Moderator. This is like explaining you really like stealing things while applying as a bank teller.

Recommend you reconsider the wording here, ma'am. You probably didn't mean to sound quite this critical. Or just ignore me, what does it matter...?

Sidenote: Please fix your comma usage.

Do not list a quality and then immediately disqualify yourself. "Activity - I'm not active right now" makes me want to shake my fist at the sky and swear bloody vengeance on your Composition teacher. Then you followed it up with a longer explanation about why you're not active.

There are many ways to rewrite this. Try something like "I am very active on the server and dedicate as much time as I can. Even while moving between countries I regularly check in with the community, read on issues and get back to players as soon as I'm able. In the future I fully expect to be available to handle problems as they come up."

This way you're highlighting the time you do spend on SkyBlock instead of mentioning how often you're offline. This is known as "flipping a negative", or sometimes "silver lining edits".

I collapsed like Stephen Hawking on muscle relaxers. I'm not sure if you did that intentionally but I'm chuckling so hard I gave myself hiccups.

You literally reversed what you meant to say, ma'am:

• Out-going means you are easily approachable by players.
• Confident means you're not afraid to state your opinion.​

This is well-written and you deserve a +1 for the section. But please-- swap those two statements. Still hiccuping a bit, that was unexpectedly funny.

For the second time: Do not put down a good quality on your application and then instantly explain why you don't have it. "Maturity: I wasn't a mature person" made me crush the computer mouse like I had a grudge against peripherals.

Rewrite this to highlight the positives. "I can handle a lot of problems with grace and respect. If there is anything I've learned while dealing with issues it is maturity is something you learn by struggle. Helping players resolve problems has shown me the best way to deal with others and I'll bring that attitude with me to Moderator."

Don't actually copy any of this, ma'am. I'm pretty bad at giving advice and plagiarism is a rough beast.

I find no fault with this section. The rare and coveted +2 for both having a good qualification and explaining how you can use it as a Moderator.

• This portion is not needed. You've already explained extremely well how respectful and polite you are.
• "When I do listen to problems" implies you do not normally pay attention to people.
• When applying punishment the word you want is "impartial". Mods are impartial when banning people.

• Please fix the comma usage, ma'am.

You may be trying to explain why you can be trusted to apply punishments to everyone, equally. That's fine, but not really necessary Ms. Kat: We all assume Mods are going to be fair about enforcing rules. Any favoritism from a Moderator gets pretty much all of the attention, immediately before a demotion. Recommend removing or seriously rewriting this portion.

THIS IS HOBOSPEECH. You're loyally devoted to almost always doing the job you have to do?

Additionally the phrase "almost always" is such an odd statement that Mojang literally quotes a synonym on the game's splash screen: Almost never is an interesting concept!

Remove or rewrite this to highlight how loyalty to the server or loyalty to the community would benefit you as a Moderator. You never actually mentioned either of those in this section.

That is some interesting legal maneuvering there. If you are honest you almost always seem like a good person? You are not actually saying honesty makes someone good, you're implying they seem OK... but not always. Rewrite for clarity. Or not! My opinions are pretty worthless.

I'm not sure posting a laundry list of all the Moderator commands is helpful, but I suppose it can't hurt(?).

Was this your first draft of the application? This paragraph hits every single point you've mentioned above, including odd grammar choices, strange examples and bizarre phrasing. Read this section again, compare it to what you've written above and then remove it entirely. You said all of this in a much better way up above.

Overall this is very well done, probably better than you need to gain a position on a Minecraft server. You've made some strange writing choices but all of them are very easy to correct or remove. Good luck with your application, Kitkat.
