Not really sure where to post this thread... My old account "Claywamo" suddenly disappeared off of my Minecraft launcher. I went to go sign in on Mojang.com and it would not work there either. I tried to send any accounts linked to my email and none came thru. I emailed Minecraft about a week ago I think and they are still replying to things sent to them on March 4th, 2016, so its going to be a while before I get a response. I just got back from spring break vacation today and still have not received a response. I then proceeded to purchase a new Minecraft account (With all my spending money, I'm saving up for a car) because I wanted to play on Skyblock.net over the remainder spring break. and I made the username "Claywamo2". I was a $10 donor and had a pretty sick island that took a long time to make. I understand it may be hard to get me my old island (as "Claywamo" is still the island owner and all my chests and doors are locked to "Claywamo".) but I really want my donor rank back. Many people can vouch for me that I was a donor and i'm sure you can check the purchase logs. Just ask Sav_ (a friend I met on Skyblock.net) or Blain_Ninja or Greasebabyjr (my 2 brothers). Im desperate for help, and I'm still in shock how minecraft can just let my account disappear like this, its unexceptable even if they are having issues at the moment. -Claywamo2 (Formally Claywamo)
Firstly, I checked and your old island is unlocked. This means that once we can verify it is you a supermod can transfer your items. I am not sure you can have the island back unfortunately. All you need to do is prove you donated on your old account (a transaction number and screenshot of the email is a good thing) then Cyp will be able to transfer your account, hopefully due to the circumstances. If you are willing to wait for mojang to see if you can reclaim your account back it would be worth it before we take any actions on this server to restore things.
This is the only 'proof' I have of my donor purchase, If any other donors check how there charge came thru they will see this. Also if someone checks the people who bought donor ranks on Monday, March 7th, 2016 you will see Claywamo. All of this should also proove I am the real Claywamo, and I should be able to get my stuff back.

This might take a while to go through considering Cyp is a busy person. If you need any diamonds while you are waiting for your rank, I will gladly give you some.
Claywamo are you still waiting on the transfer? Also, have you been able to get access to your account back? If so, please respond within 48 hours.
