So since speed hacks are legal on .Org apparently, I want to ask if we are asked to not use them on someone's island, do we have to stop, or can we go the opposite of their wishes on their island?
It's legal to use on other islands. If someone asks you to stop, you don't have to, but it'd be nice. Kinda like copying someone's island.
I am pretty sure you can ask him to leave, and if he doesn't leave, you can get a mod. In this case Sega is a mod..

You don't tell me to stop, you tell me I'm "haxing" or I'm a "haxor" and have a tendency to tell me it's illegal when it's not. Clearly as this is now an issue, I shan't be visiting your island anytime in the future though.
