Scamming is if you agree to trade with someone, you must give then what you promised them. For example, say you and Tommy are trading 64 grass for 3 diamonds. If Tommy gives you the diamonds, you cannot keep both of the items, you must give Tommy what you promised to give him.
Stealing has to do with when someone trusts you, do not go into their chests and steal their items.

That's rule 7, but you said it well. Basically, don't /newisland replace, take the items and store them, and repeat the proccess. It is a way to get items unlegitly, and no one likes that.

Looks like your off by 1 rule, lol. This is rule 8. The list of items you cannot trade are on the server rules if you ever need to look back at them.

Again, this is rule 9. Refer to the Server Rules thread to see which items you may not own. It isn't easy to break this rule as you have to hack to get them

Correct. You technically skipped rule 12, which can go with rule 11. Rule 12 states that you can use mods since they can't be used, just make sure not to use hacks as stated in rule 11.

What you said goes with rule 12. What rule 14 is actually stating is that Moderators aren't allowed to ban players without a reason.

Rule 15 states that you need to use your common sense Common sense includes but is not limited to threatening DDoS/DoS/DoX attacks on players/server, ban evading using alternate accounts, hacking players account, and attempting to sell in game items/accounts (or currency for .org) for out of game currency (of any kind).
