Yes Why do YOU think you were banned? For Flying and Cursing in PvP Why do you think you should be unbanned? Because everyone Flys at PvP, And i always Yell out into chat "Hey Mod so and so is Flying at PvP" and almost every time a mod isn't online and i understand that but the one time i do it and get Caught i get Permanently banned? i would have understood a temp ban or a Mute but i don't exactly understand why i got Permanently banned for it. But i Apologize for doing so and i hope i get the chance to come back to the server. And i can almost GUARANTEE i wont even be going back to PvP because all it does is cause drama in my opinion. i also understand that Akrill was just doing his job and im cool with that. but please give me another chance.
You covered the Flying at pvp aspect of your ban, but what about the Language and Disrespect you had? Can you explain that? Judging from your appeal, you seem very hostile with words.
I was talking to him as it happened, and I can already tell you his reply to you (PrinceOfMog), he was really pissed off that Revo and Illegal were both reporting him for false things such as flying which he wasn't doing. So he said some things he regrets doing. He's now apoligizing of his actions and wants another chance. Trust me he wont do it again, and plus I am sure he didn't want to put $100 of his own money to get banned. He's only asking for another chance and he was really ticked off at the time and he promises he wont do it again. Sorry for jumoing in but he's eeating supper right now.

PrinceOfMog he wasn't flying that day he got reported so it was false, the first few days the /warp pvp came out he flew because that rule wasn't known and everyone else was doing it but yes he does need to respond sorry

The reason i was cursing and my disrespect was because i was very angry that day and revo and illegal were making it worse by saying that they will report me and all this other stuff. there was alot of stuff going on that day that made me angry. im very sorry for using that type of language and disrespect on this server. i would appreciate very much it if i could be unbanned . What i did was wrong and i will admit that. i guarantee this will not happen again because i will not being going back to pvp for a while. i hope you will think about this reply and change your mind about my ban. Thank you for being honest, and since you do appear to be sincere and have learned your lesson I shall unban you, unless Akrill disagrees then he may reban you if he so pleases. You are now unbanned. Just keep in mind for future references, being angry does not justify being rude to others and especially disrespecting staff. Consider this your warning and if it happens again there will be no point in appealing for another ban. Keep calm and continue Skyblocking.
