Have I ever been banned?:
Yes, sadly I have. However it has been recently due to a misunderstanding that had not be taken care of by the banning moderator. I had been tempbanned for taking my own spawners, as a what you could call a prank. In an attempt of messing with my friend, and saying that the spawners were gone ( I was going to place them back, why I didn't you will find out later) to later have them returned to the rightful place. It had been a laggy day and the spawners had not been able to be placed, dropped or anything else. I feel that this misunderstanding should not be held against me, or decrease my chance on becoming a moderator. ​

Why do I think I should become mod?:
I have been acting as a mini-mod (when there is not a mod that is on or he/she are afk) basically since I learned all the rules myself, and have had people think that I'm just another want-to-be and they don't need to listen because 'I'm just doing for the attention', 'you are just doing this because you think your cool' or 'any non-staff members telling me what to do U SUCK' 'I don't know the proper rules' ect. I want to be treated with respect, I want to be treated the way I treat others. ​

I want the community to be nicer, so things that have happened to me don't happen to other people. I feel it is my duty as a victim of cyber-bullying (on this server and many others) to make sure that no one else has to go through what I have previously have. I have been playing on this server for a year and many moths now and decided I want to be a part of it. I have knowledge of Skyblock.net. Many times when I'm online and see a player in chat say something along the lines of 'MOD help me', I do /list and see many mods on, but most of the time they are AFK. So I message the person saying something along the lines of 'I'm not a mod, but I might be able to help.' So they tell me there problem, which can be like I need something godded or repaired and I go ahead and do that for them, but usually it's about griefing or scamming, which I can't do anything about. So I reply with a simple 'I can't help, but you can go to the forums and give them the proof you have and a mod will take care of you.' I wish to become mod so thing like this don't happen and I will be able to help with more then telling them to go to the forums. Just the other day, no mods were on and I had gotten a message saying that they were being griefed, I visited there island at the last second to see the person, who was being greifed trying to break the blocks under the guy, which I told her was against the rules but I could see why she was doing it. The point is I got there just in time to see him in the chest and blocks popped up in his hands right before he had left. I couldn't do anything, my proof only saw the person with stuff in his hands looking at me while doing /is.​

How long can I be active every day?:​

Monday- 2 to 5 hours (depending on how much homework is assigned)​

Tuesday- 3-6 hours​

Wednesday- 2-4 hours (depending on if I have band practice or not) [I play saxophone if you were wondering]​

Thursday- 2-6 hours​

Friday- 3-6 hours​

Saturday- As long as I can, so usually around 5-8 hours (Depending on soccer games)​

Sunday- 2-12 hours.​

Snow Days/Days off of school: 5-6 hours​

Summer: (in June & July) rarely ever due to spending time with my dad. (All other months) Maybe I will skip a week or two for family but besides that 4-12 hours​

Do I have any experience of being a moderator?:​

In fact I have! Twice in fact! It was a few years ago I had join the server and I had seen some things that did not please me, I had started helping out and the owner had noticed and decided that I could be trusted and he needed me.

I was moderator on this server about a year and even built the spawn by myself with no team. Sadly it was shout down due to Maintenance failures that were far beyond fixing.​

Qualifications:

Fast Typer:

I am capable of typing anywhere from 147-174 WPS. Though typing this fast could result in errors they are usually errors that you can still tell what the word is.

Trustworthy:

I can be honest and loyal people can trust me to do the right things for them and maybe their friends. I wont allow stealing or steal anything myself, if people worked hard and earned it they deserve to keep it.

Mature:

Due to my young age (11), I know I am more likely to be declined with my wish to be moderator, but I can act older than I am.
*I know many of might think I'm just trying to say this to get mod, but honestly, despite being mod being my 'desire' I guess you could call it, I know that I can't lie my way in, and if I did I wouldn't be able to live myself and resign.*

Helpful:

I have been helping people since I had learned all the basics myself. I have helped more people in the past few weeks because I've just always been in a good mood. I help about 4-7 people a day with it either being a trade shop, help them build for shops, or sometimes even an auto cobble generator.

Devoted:

This one is self explanatory and is one of the most important part of being a moderator. I will devote all time and effort obtainable to make everyone on SkyBlock have the best quality that can be provided (not that many people already have that.)​

Kind and Easy to Understand:

While teaching people basic redstone contraptions, or instructing how to make a trade shop, I'm very clear on the directions and wont be aggravated if they don't get it on the first time, because everyone has to start out somewhere, and if that's where than I deal with it. I can handle situations decently, even though if you ask any of my friends or anyone you will know I will get stressed easily. Me stressing leads to aggravation, this is calming down now I have learned to handle my emotions. And is coming to a stop, (which is weird since usually kids my age get this more often rather than loosing it) all I do is (if needed) take a deep breath and move on with what I was originally doing.

My mood:

My mood can be a simple serious player trying to help another player, as many others do. However I can try to make someone smile or laugh even if they have been greifed, stolen from ect.

I Have a Keen eye:

I can see the one person trying to trade illegal items, even if someone just got Donor100 and the chat is filled with GG's. As well as for me and maybe many others it's pretty obvious when people are lying to try and protect themselves/get someone else in trouble.

Responsible:

I believe being responsible is a very important part of being a moderator. I believe I am very responsible. I will take responsibility for all my actions and will never blame someone else, which would get me no where which I'm highly aware of. If I ever need to take responsibility for my wrong doing, I will learn from those mistakes and improve myself.​

Forgiving:

I will not hold a grudge. I will not base my opinion on another person because of one of their mistakes. As any teacher would say, nobody is perfect, and people deserve a second chance. However when people have been mean and out of hand, they wont just get off the hook they will be dealt with and if the apology is meaningful, that is when this quality takes it part.

Unbiased:

I do not take sides even if dealing with best friends. For example on the forums I had been reading my best friends mod application and my first instinct was to give them full support and not even read it. However I was smart enough, as I had explained to the friend, that part of being mod is being unbiased just because your my friend I can't give you the highest rating. I didn't make things up so he could be mad at me, I told my opinion and the truth. He had later done the same thing to me which I had appreciated.

I know why I ban/mute/kick someone which is important so you don't ban the wrong person for the wrong reason. I have not experienced any of these (besides being muted because I hadn't realized I have caps lock on).

When someone in chat is in need of help (moderator or not) I will always be there to help them. As well as if I (as a mod) kick someone, ban someone, or mute someone for the wrong reasons, I will listen to what they have to say and, decide whether or not I approve or deny there appeals. I will be quick to listen, and slower to judge.​

I have acknowledged the whole 'power hungry' vibe you would get from me, and I now realize that it did seem that way, and it was never intended to be that way. However, my friends had been talking about how they had been applying and I wanted to as well. (I'm in no way, shape or form, blaming them, but just clearing things up.
