Im taking this seriously, either stop criticizing me or just ignore this, I don't mind I just find it constant that every post I make you always disagree or put it down.

I said NOOT because he likes it, When having an app it doesn't have to be: "Allright lets get to business these stocks are up and ...." You should get it. a mod app doesn't have to be full FORMAL seriously just because its a staff position doesn't mean you cant have a joke once or twice

Mod applications are not for joking around. They're for getting feedback. Take it seriously. You haven't joked around once or twice, it's been a few times.
I'm not criticizing you. I'm giving you constructive criticism. If you can't handle this, it'll be a lot worse if you were a mod.
It's not constant at all.

Alright gummi, like everyone else, I don't like being involved with these kind of things.
I feel as you are pretty darn active I'll give you that, but I haven't seen a lot of maturity or helping in game. I know I haven't really been on but even before I left you were always complaining on how you were the only one that can do things around here. (This was late at night when there wasn't a lot of people on)

So I would just like to stay at a neutral rating for now. I'll think about it gummi, try not to dissapoint me.

 

Gummi, you help around alot and deserve to be mod. (Just ignore talia/other haters, they only post negative things on your application )

If you are applying for mod, you should definitely not act like this. Even if someone is annoying you, don't lash it out on them and get mad, kindly talk it out.

You can sometimes be quick to anger and get mad over the smallest things.
Also, you barely help players out.

If what Talia said is true, I am honestly very disappointed. No moderator/player applying for mod should say this kind of thing. All moderators are equal; the only difference is the way they enforce the rules. No mod is "better" than another mod. You need to understand that all mods dedicate their time into this server; they could easily just abuse their powers, but instead they are hard working and passionate about what they do. They take the time to moderate our server. They push aside their hobbies and activities to make sure everyone is having fun on the server and that no one is breaking any rules. All mods are devoted to this server; they're all equal and no one is better than the other. Just because one moderator might help players more often than another mod doesn't make them better. Just because you catch spammers quicker doesn't make you a better mod. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to realize this.
