I went to check with Cyp about your donation and he could not locate one under your name. Therefore a few things may have happened: Your purchase never went through or you donated under the wrong name. You will need access to your receipt to see what name you imputed and check the balance of the account you used in order to determain if money was taken out
Without Cyp being able to locate your donation and you not being able to provide a transaction ID, you will not be able to receive your rank. I suggest you telling your parents to access their mail and provide the ID. Thank you. I will lock this now. If you get the ID, report this post or make a new thread.
