I purchased the upgrade from Donor25 to Donor50 two days ago and the money has been paid but no upgrade has taken place.

 

Are you absolutely positive that you had donated under the correct section along with an accurate username? BuyCraft is very precised. How long ago did you purchase the rank? The server owner had directly told me that it's best to wait 48 hours before posting your issue.

 

As I already said in my thread i had made the purchase 2 days ago. And yes im sure i did it in the right place. I did /buy in the game and linked everything from there

 

Apologies, your best bet is either PM the administrator along with the title message of "Donor upgrade issue" or catch him in-game and speak to him directly from there.

 

no I did /buy in the game so it took me straight there without asking for my username.

 

I really Wish this would Get Resolved UGH.

You should atleast wait 2 days after transaction, then contact CypriotMerks
