    I got banned because I was told to close the chargeback. So I did but it wont let play still PLZ HELP ME

    You can post it if you want, but the important thing is that you emailed him so he knows. It might take a little while for him to process it. When did you send the email, and did you include your receipt?

    If you emailed him with the information, then just wait for now. If you didn't send him all the information in the email, then email him again with all the information.
