Hi, so I've recently been getting the extremely fun and entertaining (not) log in glitch where when I enter my account name and password into the client, site or even the mojang site, nothing recognizes my account as legitimate.
I've emailed customer support about it, but because I no longer have any contact with my mother, who bought me minecraft, I can't get access to my transaction code (from about 3 years ago lol, so she wouldn't have it ANYWAY because who keeps a transaction code that long...?) because of this, they think I'm trying to steal my own account... So, wondering if I were to buy a new account, would you be able to strip the privileges I have from my old one and apply them to my new one?
Not asking for more than I earned on the server, but I can't get on to play at all any more lol.

So you want your donor, items and island transfered to the new acc?

 

I would pm cyp and say: "[insert greeting] I have lost access to my account and can no longer log onto it. I had [x donor rank] i am making a new account called [ign] if i do in fact create this account i am sure you can check the ip to see that it is indeed me. Would there be anyway you could refund me anything from my old account? Thanks, [name]"

 

I've been told that he doesn't listen/see most convos. I've started a convo with him before 2 months and no response.

 

I don't even care if it isn't the same island, I just don't want to lose a $100 donor status ;n;

 

Cyp MIGHT do the donor transfer. All you have to do is to try to convince him through pm maybe? Not sure

 

well your account isn't migrated which makes it at risk for being hacked/taken. Try migrating your account on mojang? If someone else got in and changed the pw, then you're kinda screwed for that account

Cyp usually doesn't do rank transfers, but I'm not that familiar with this as other mods, but unlikely you will be able to transfer ranks without proof that you previously owned the first account that was hacked as well.

He responded to me and transferred my rank lol. I've also noticed he's more active on MV rather than Skyblock.

Try making a new convo then? I know he gets a lot of alerts, so he probably doesn't seen a lot of them.
