Yes, once I placed several blocks in someone else`s island. I wasn`t trusted in that island so the blocks disapeared right away, I was fooling around so I kept placing until I got a 2 hour ban (I think, not sure of time). Why do you think you should be unbanned? I should be unbanned because I was authorized to move things around in the island, after all, I was trusted. PD: I own two accounts, both were banned. One for the reasons listed above. The other for "Ban evasion," because I logged in with this other account to know why was I banned. No, on this account I had never been banned before. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I should be unbanned only with my other account is unbanned too, that is because they are related bans, so if one gets unbanned this one should too. PD2: I made a ban appeal before for this current ban, but i couldn`t continue the discussion beause it was holidays and I traveled away from home. When I came back I tried once more, but studies made me forget this matter. It was only now that I was going to play once more in the server that I remembered, so sorry. Hope that doesn`t cause any problems.

Yes, I can not deny I did move things around in the island but I did not destroy it. If I am not wrong, I had permission from the owner to take wool from all around the island to make some banners. Sorry if I misunderstood his words. Eventhough I believe I had permission, I am sorry if I it wans`t like that, and if needed to come back I`ll give the material and rebuild all I have broken.
It seems like it was a misunderstanding and was a while ago, but could you please list the first six rules of the server in your own words?
Well the first one is not to grief, in other words nor destroy another's island. This is a good rule because it protects people that work hard on their islands and it is just unfair to destroy anothers island. the second one is, no stealing or scamming. In other words it means not to do unfair trades with (most likely with unknowing people of the economy and such of the server), but if both agree on the trade even if it isn't fair for anyone else that could do the trade, it is ok. And scamming is also, well this is prety clear, when you "do a trrade" but you don't actually pay. I would like to add that this rule should have a higher valuation, I mean, it is not just a high offence it should be a very high offence. The third one is not to advertise other people's servers in public or by choosing random people. This rule I truly love it! I mean, people are so annoying when they start spamming the chat or just start spamming you with a random, most likely, fake server. But I also think one of this rule's purpose is not to loose players to other servers, right? XD Which is pretty reasonable, after all no-one wants to loose their "followers." (all hail skyblock!) The fourth one is not to kill in non pvp areas. I really do not understand this one, if it is non-pvp, then how do you kill! Well sure fall damage and lava can do the trick but still, you can just /home and you're safe! maybe fall damge is the most dangerous one, but it isn't that deadly. Even though all that, I really would hate to be killed just to still my items, I mean the items I really don't care, but the fact that they wanted to kill me, that hurts :'( The fith one is not to disrespect others, that is self exaplanatory, people feel bad and that is bad (man, now I understand my ethics teacher...). But it is true that disrespecting happens all the time, even between friends, and iit not always ends up bad. So I believe you should change the rule to "not to disrespect people unless both believe it is just their usual way of talking or a game" The last one is Not to cap lock or spam, it alike to the one of advertising but this time it involves sells auctions or other things. Spawm is really anoying, as I said before, but caplock has no actual effect on me so I don't really seem to see it as a bad thing, but there are people that dislike that (like my brother, punches me every time one cap gets away fRom m..auch!) so I would try not to do it. That is all. I have to say that I clearly read the rules in the forum because I had read them before but didn't remember them all nor in order. Hope that isn't bad!
