1. Support I would like to see at least 1 more developer. 2. As others have said it's up to Crew and Cyp to promote a new admin if they see fit. But otherwise on this support. 3. As Love said it would be nice but it is not needed. Teetering on partial and full support.
As for number 2, yes of course it's up to crew and cyp, I'm just bringing up the point and to attention and suggesting they promote more

Going to be honest. Based on experience I say no support for all. Admins and developers will come when Crew decided they are needed and even though there are 3 servers in our network we are not a hub server therefore we do not need a central "hub". However if any other these were to occur I would not object.
