Lack of info. I see that you are a new member on forums too. Get used to forums, and follow the template to writing the application. Actually spend time on this. don't throw it together like its nothing. If you need inspiration, go look at an accepted mod application. Capitalize your I's to make it look professional.
Look at other people's apps, fix your profile pic so there's no swearing, add more detail to why you want to be a mod, get more used to forums. Good luck though

Alright, from what I'm seeing right now is no effort. It appears to me as if you made the font bigger to appear your application more written in-depth. I would recommend to work on this. You seem to be a new member of the community. Get more comfortable around the forums so you're well familiar with what goes around. As for mod qualities, you should definitely help more, answer questions, enforcing the rules, etc. I've never seen you in-game so for now, I'm not convinced to support this application.
