i have had a horrible experience with the mods i got scammed and they wont do anything!!! Cj_Plays_Games was the mod i worked with very unhelpful
Well, there is only so much a mod can do. Did you do a chest trade? Or was it a "You drop item then I will" type of deal? If you don't have any screenshots of the trade(s) and you're scammed the mod can't do anything. What did you lose though, I'll have to see what I can do.
You're confusing me, they were supposed to upgrade you? from donor 25 to 50? Well let me say this, upgrades like that are more then that. It's normally 10 diamonds to the $1 USD. Some do it for more possibly a little less. I've seen free upgrades, but never that cheep. It's your fault for not screenshotting/recording any of it. I will personally refund you, but I feel as if you should apologize to the moderator because there is only so much mods can do. Please tell me your in-game name so I can give you the items. In the future remember to screenshot or record your trades, if you do a trade make sure you're doing a chest trade as well, that way there are logs of the items being take. Good luck in your future trades.
Please do not point out mods for being un-helpful. Maybe you just didn't provide enough proof. I'm sorry :/
Every player has the right to complain whether we agree with what they say or not. Getting your items back is NOT a sign of unhelpfulness on the mods part. There are always limits in what a mod can do. They are not omnipotent and cannot see all that takes place with every scam trade that goes on. It is up to players to avoid scams and take evidence to protect themselves and mods will assist in other ways such as locating stolen items or issuing a refund IF they see fit. As long as the moderator took the time to go through the issue with you there is not reason to call them unhelpful. Help yourself first and do not rely solely on the mods for everything because they cannot do everything you want them to do.
As Krissy says, if we refund everyone who says they got scammed without solid evidence, we'd all be broke. Just like the police, if there's no evidence of a stolen item, they cannot falsely punish a 'thief', nor can they use their own income to return the item reported missing Next time you do a trade, do it preferably in a chest. And screenshot the whole conversation. Or get someone, preferably a staff, as a middleman. Which means you both give the item to the middleman and they give it out equally. Rank up trades especially, are usually quite pricey and should always be recorded
