Okay, I know some of y'all don't really like Wade. But there's no need for this application spam and rate abusing. Most of these posts have at least one rating, this is not what an application should have.

Keep in mind if everyone does not follow the rules this application can be locked.

 

Sorry wade. The only reasons no one likes this application is because you, yourself, have degraded your standards.

 

As for the comments, please keep to one response. You may edit your post with any extra you may want to add, but please lay off. Everyone's aware of past history, but we don't need a war. I'm not censoring your opinions, I'm saying we can all just be a bit nicer about it.

No support for all previous reasons posted by members. A main subtopic Truthfulness is not in the actual application (Assuming we all know why it is not on there). I have read that you have been using Grammarly extension in order to fix the application from any grammatical errors. I believe that you should not be solely dependant on such an application because:

1. You must atleast be able to form a simple sentence by now since you are 16 years old.

2. As a moderator, you must be able to interpret what a person has to say (either on forums or in-game) in order to act.

Alright Wade,

Telling people that you are mature isn't really effective. Actions speak louder than words. If you want people to understand that you are mature and is ready for mod, prove it with an action. Take a look at Gamzee's application for example. (not advertising)

Your background is overwhelming for many of us; you have been banned multiple times. Don't expect people to ignore your history and look at what you are now. The important thing is to learn from your mistakes and not do them again.

Also, try not to cause too much drama between many players unless it's necessary, and even when it's necessary, bring it to a pm. Publicly shaming somebody will just make you look immature.

Oh yeah, also try to read your post before you send it. Check for grammar issues and spelling mistakes(so far, you have almost 150 'bad spelling' ratings) and replace the "u" to you and "tho" to though. This will look more formal and yeah.

So overall, I will stay neutral.

Reasons why and how I could gain ur support?

 

You've lied so much and so long about many things. I don't know if you were looking for attention, but it was plain bad. The hard fact in lying is that even though you say you improved, it's hard to tell if you're saying the truth or not. All the bad qualities you did adds up into one big pile of lies. Even when you were clearly lying, you kept denying the fact that you were.

~Fix your grammar mistakes. <--- That needs a lot of work on.
~Improve your behavior.
~ Honesty is something you need to work on a lot.

You need to earn trust and respect from people.

I feel as if you chose to ignore me.

 

You truly are trying to change, and I can see it. I'm sure many of us have noticed that, but change really can't happen overnight. And yes, I'm aware it's been days, weeks, months but your change isn't at the right level yet. You've broke the trust of many over and over, and the amount of chances is just dropping that level of trust lower and lower. You're trying to be better, but it's going to take a while. I personally am no longer sure what to call a truth or a lie at this point from you. It's really hard to believe in someone once they already let that chance go. You've created a moderator application, but that's truly skipping a step to that journey of trust.

Here's my suggestion. Prove to us, that you've changed. And this statement has been said so many times, and I no longer want you to shrug it off. This step is going to take you so much longer then just simply a month or two. You need to focus on your goals in life. Do you wish to grow up with that bad reputation? If you're so willing to change it, you need to become the better person you wish to be. It may take a while, but I truly believe you can improve yourself.

Despite the time it may take, or the obstacles you will come across on trying to improve, it's going to be hard. But welcome to life, it's not meant to be a simple walk. It's going to be crazy with these turns and twists, and here's some advice I have for you. Take a note of what is being said. The feedback you are receiving is to make yourself into a better person. One, much more suitable for the role of a moderator.

Basically, just listen to what other people are saying and prove that you've changed. Improve yourself based on that information.
