Note: I understand I have the WORST background on the server. But I feel that I have proved to a lot of people that I have changed and that I am more mature. I am currently working my hardest on my attitude. I just really want to be fully trusted by everyone on the server and I want to be given a chance at staff no matter because of my past. The past of mine is the old,rude,and attention seeking wade. This is a fully new wade. I can swear everything I have to y'all that I would be one of the best mods on the server. I just really want to be given another chance at moderator. Please read this app closely. This server and the people in it truly mean a lot to me. I also have another announcement... I am officially friends with ALL mods. Not one mod (that I know of) doesn't like me. This application is not a joke and it is not meant to be taken as a joke.

I speak fluent English, a little Spanish, and Italian. But if there is a player that speaks a different language, I can ask another mod that might know that language.

Have you ever been banned? (if yes, why?)
Okay, yes I have been banned. I was banned for stealing an anvil but I returned it. And I was also banned telling someone that they need mental help and a few other things. So.. Yes. I was banned for 'forging kicks'.

Why do you think you should be a mod?

I think I should be a moderator because I am friendly, polite, and a player who loves helping others. If a player needs help, I will come to them, or answer their question. For example, someone is asking how to make a cobblestone generator, I will teleport to them and show them where the blocks go. I am usually always watching chat, so if/when I see a player breaking one of the rules, I tell to please stop, and if not, I will kick them, if it gets worse through, I will mute or ban him/her, deciding on what has occurred, and what shall I do. The moderator is not a rank, it is a position where you can help people more, and that's what I like to do. I will only use perms for good, I will not abuse my perms. When I have time, I may talk a bit in chat, though. I am an owner/admin of my server, so I'm pretty familiar with all the commands, and what to do if something bad happens, as I have experience. I take pride in any job/role I have, and being able to stop bullying, grieving,spam,and other things just make me happy. I know that being a moderator takes a lot and i feel as if I have it to be a moderator. A lot of times I see a Non-Donor in chat asking for help (I watch chat very closely) And no mods respond. I get that chat goes by very fast but I often see the person asking for help not being responded to, but I make absolutely sure that that the person gets help when they ask (I think its because they don't have the color chat or a prefix). I have a dream of being a pilot or social worker. I am very very very experienced with the punishments for certain things.I am actually very good at working with people seeing as I am a student aid in school and I help people quite frequently. Here are some qualities about me that describes why else I should be a mod. Also, org doesn't have a lot of mods.

Helpful
A lot of times I see people in chat and they say,"I need help can you help me?" I say sure! I tell them do /help to see the commands, /warp to see all of the available warps that they can access, and I tell them to do /new island to create an island

Mentally Flexible
This means that it is easy for me to catch on with things really easily, which also means if there is anything new that another staff member is trying to teach me I can understand real quick.

Acceptable
Okay, so from my perspective it really does not matter who you are, where you came from if you have a disability. I am still open armed to accept you for who you are no matter what.

Non-Biased
This basically has the same meaning of Acceptable. I don"t care if you have a special quality then someone else I will treat everyone fairly and respect who you are.

Good Teacher
Okay, so if someone is not only new to the server but is new to mine craft I have these books which are a guide how to play mine craft and the server. I can also teach really good if you don't understand the first time tell me I am willing to make sure that you know what you need to know.

Active
Okay, so I try my best to get at least 3 hours on the server every day. Mind if something that is so important that I cannot get on the server I will notify staff and post on forums.

Experienced
Okay, I am very familiar with people saying in chat that they have been grieved, hacked, or that they are fessing up to doing those things. Do if a moderator does not respond to them because sometimes it may be hard for a 'Non-Donor' to noticed in chat I chat in a dark color and notify all mods that (this player) needs help. However if they just want to fess up I give them the link to the Amnesty page on forums.

Virtuous
I hold myself to very high standards in everything that I do in life. I am upright in my personal principles and morals, and I know what to expect of myself. I think this is an important trait to have as a moderator because I can stay efficient, incorruptible, and right-minded overall while making wholesome choices in order to help keep the server up and running properly.

Have An Open Mind
As I have mentioned before, I am very unbiased and unprejudiced. That is because I strive to keep an open mind about everything and everyone that I encounter. I am very approachable and I love to be exposed to new ideas and new interests because that is what really makes people unique. I feel that as a moderator, it is necessary to be open-minded because you deal with many kinds of people/problems/opinions every day, and in order to keep things positive and clean, you have to be impartial and accepting of all.

Dedicated
I am dedicated to both the server and the community of it. I always try to be on as much as I can, trying to help out people in need. I believe that being dedicated is important to not only the staff team but the server itself. Being dedicated is another great significance to being a Mod and I believe that I can follow through with that.

Mature
I am a very mature person and take things seriously. I can joke around every now and then, but when I need to, I can become very serious. When dealing with players that need help, I act very sophisticated and do my best to help them.

Wade as much as you have changed I still give you no support
~I forget how long it's been since you have had a ton of drama but it was not long ago and you have done some bad things.
~I recommend not calling people "greenies" even though that is slang on the server it would be a tad more professional to call them "non-donors"

~You don't underline most of the qualifications and then at the end you underline the last one. Bit messy there
~I recommend the first paragraph of the Why do you think you should be a mod? section to be a little more spaced out.
