Since I can't type anything else, I just decided to fix the coloring issues in some sections, and I italicized the headings. I'll probably add a bit more to it after I find out how many words it is. I'll continue editing the letter count of the whole thing into this post as time goes on.

I live in the Eastern Timezone, and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Also, due to the fact that I live in Ohio, weather may prevent me from being online as much as I wish I could be (in-game and on the forums I mean).

What country do you live in?:

I live in the United State of America (Trump nopls), and again, I don't plan on moving.

What languages do you speak?:

I sadly only speak English, because I legitimately forgot everything French or Spanish after I finished the class. (Woo) Actually, I can speak a tiny bit of Spanish and some German.

Have you ever been banned? (if) yes, why?:

I have been banned on Org yes, but those bans were all either mistaken or by the console. Yay for NoCheatPlus.

Why do you think you should be a mod?:

I think I should be a mod because of many reasons, those of which I am going to split into two categories: about me and about the server. I'll start with the server. As many of you very active players on Org know, the server has quite a few mods, but only a select couple are highly active. Me and a few other people getting promoted to the Moderator status would change that, or at the least help with the cause. Another thing most players can vouch for is that many people need help when current moderators are offline, or end up doing things that shouldn't be done, and no one is there to punish them for their evildoing, save for the large amount of people who scream WATCH THE CAPS MAN or CHILL WITH THE SPAM BRUH (Me included, not gonna lie). With more mods, like me, that could be helped, because the more moderators there are, the less time that people will have to do their wrong ways because people will be there to always correct them or punish them. Now, onto about me. See, I honestly have had these awkward dreams of being promoted to mod (no lie, this is what I have wasted about a sixth of my life on), and quite literally, the job would be a dream come true. I am a very mature person, but have a large habit to joke around when the time arises, but I can be quite serious when necessary. Something I've noticed about people that become mod, aside from a select few, is that their personality that most of us know and love completely changes to this robot-like mod-inator. I wouldn't change, due to the fact that the Goden you Org players know and love already has a mod-inator inside me, waiting to be awakened, and some of you have experienced this firsthand. I can also say that I have a complete knowledge and understanding of every single rule there is (I'm honestly convinced my brain has devoted a special section to this >_>) and I wouldn't require much training when it comes to understanding of the rules. I know the punishment string, as I call it, that moderators must use when punishing people, such as for spam, it would be (I think) Warn > Kick > Mute > Tempban > Longer tempban > Ban if it gets serious enough. Anyhow, that's pretty much it.

What qualifications do you have?:

I have quite a few, let me list them here.

Calmness:
I can keep calm under pressure, and I can take a situation with a lot of confusion or cray-cray-ness (Yep, I just did that) and stay calm, as well as calming others in the process.
Friendliness:
I tend to be a very friendly person, and I feel relatively unique in the way that I consider every single person a friend, and although I have stated before that I like some people better than others, that is not true, unless a certain person has been unnecessarily rude to me, in which case I normally walk away (On second thought, I'm on a computer, how do you walk away from the game without walking away from the computer..?). The only exception to this would be if someone insults me or another person in a VERY rude manner, in which I either report said person for rudeness or simply shoot a comeback at them (Not the greatest idea for when you're trying for mod, I know).
Logic:
I have a good sense of logic, I would say, and a skill of mine is that I can take a situation with two opposing sides, and then point them both to the greater goal, and, therefore creating a calmer and less confusing situation. I also have a very good sense of reasoning, for when it comes down to having to argue over what a rule specifically states.
Trustworthy:
I am very trustworthy, as my long time on Skyblock (Almost 3 years now) has led me to not betray a single person, and I don't plan on doing that any time in the future. Yay me!
Creativity:
Honestly, there's more ways that you can think of in which creativity applies to being a mod. When certain things don't work as they should, you have to improvise and be creative to make it work again.
Honest:
I am a very honest person for the most part, aside from when I'm joking around, in which I can lie about something as a joke (omg man I'm like -666). Otherwise, I don't lie. Especially when it comes down to something important, or something that could affect the general people and not just myself.
Passionate:
I am very passionate about the server of Skyblock, and I do not plan on leaving it soon. It has an amazing community that I would love to continue helping and having fun with for years to come.
Respectful:
I am a respectful person, and I do not insult people, unless, of course, I'm joking around with someone. Otherwise, it may be something simple, like "Please leave, we honestly don't care if you're here or not, but since you seem not to care about this server, then leaving would be greatly appreciated" (That in the case of someone who comes on only to swear and be rude to the people of Skyblock).
Humorous:
I LOVE joking around with people, (but only when appropriate of course), and I tend to do it a lot of the time I'm on the server. If you see me in game, and I make a joke that insults you, please notify me immediately so that I can apologize, and be more careful to take note of your preferences so that it doesn't happen again in the future.
Active:
I am very active, and I enjoy being on the server. Seriously, my record time for longest continuous game time on the server is 14 hours :3 I'm on forums a bit more than I am in-game, because I can acsess forums at school, and not at home. In short, I'm usually available for notification of problems on the server via forums.
Generous:
Usually, I end up giving out random things for free, or buying things for people that need help (Someone lost their bucket, I'll give them 3 iron and tell them how to get lava from obsidian). It's been a habit to give out things. I don't know why. At all. Seriously.

How long can you be active on the server every day?

I honestly cannot give a definite schedule for when I can be on, but normally, I'm able to be on for 4-5 hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Sometimes I come on for no reason at all for about 2 hours on Friday. On Saturdays, I usually am on for about 7-9 hours, and Sundays, usually 4 hours. Due to school, this schedule is subject to large changes throughout the year. All of the hours that I specified are for the time I spend on Minecraft, not the server itself, but usually half the time or more goes to Skyblock. I usually spend about 1-2 hours on the forums every day, unless I have something else to do, or my internet cuts off, but I can get on if I am needed for a specific reason.

How long have you been playing skyblock.org?:

I have been playing Org for about 2 years now, and I played Hellblock (back when it was its own server, and not merged into Mineverse) from around a month after it was created until the server moved to Mineverse. I usually do not play Net however, as it's a bit too crowded for my tastes. Honestly though, Hellblock and Org were my first two servers ever on Minecraft.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?:

Yes, I do. I worked my way up the ranks up to Administrator on Bdarkslayer's original server (It no longer exists, so I do not think that counts as advertising), and currently co-own a server of my own. I've also moderated on 3 other servers I wont mention because, again, advertising purposes.
