Introduction: Hello, I'm Micah, and I am very excited to apply for moderator. I have started playing Skyblock.net in June or July of 2012. I then starting playing Hellblock and then slowly migrated towards Skyblock.org. I have enjoyed every second I have spent on this server and have regret nothing. I've met many friends on this amazing journey the past three and a half years and still know them today, and that brings us to where I am today, still active on the server.

What languages do you speak?
I speak very fluent English and I am fairly fluent with Spanish as I have been taking the class for about 8 years. I can speak a little Dutch and very little French.

Have you ever been banned?
No, I have never been banned on any server, except for one misunderstanding being the exception.

Why do you think I should be mod?
I think I should be moderator in many ways. First off, I find myself always helping out and always being on the lookout for people not doing what they are supposed to. I also feel as I would be a very good add to the group of other active moderators. Many moderators live in many different places of the world and I feel like my timezone would work very well for people who are similar to I. I know I am an active player and I know I am on helping very often. Another major reason moderating would be so important to me, is I feel as some moderators take their job too far. Many moderators could use some fun and actually love for the server instead of love for the rank. Some current moderators applied or are applying more for the rank then the actual helping of the players who need to be assisted. I feel I am different than the other candidates. Many people in my game life and my real life have told me I am a natural leader. I feel like I could bring in peace and actual love to the server by removing the people who bring the place down. I feel I could achieve this goal by being moderator and could provide a diversity of ideas and opinions on certain events or happenings. I also plan to make the server a better place by actually loving the server and the users on it, instead of doing things for just the rank and the perks.

I have very many characteristics in which would make me a good moderator

Tuesday: 2-3 Hours
Wednesday: 3-4 Hours
Thursday:- 1-2 Hours
Friday: 6-7 Hours
Saturday:6-10 Hours
Sunday: 6-10 Hours

Mature: Despite my age, and despite my teenage actions, many people think of me as mature, at least some of the time. I do enjoy to have fun with my friends, but never going overboard.

Responsibility: I think of myself as very responsible, always taking responsibility and making reports even if the person is a close friend or acquaintance.

Self-Control: Self-Control is an extremely important attribute as if you do not posses it your moderating career could end very quickly. Having self-control is important because if someone is making you upset or angry, you can easily ignore them and kick them or ban them whatever the offense is.

Not Biased: I am not biased. I do not judge on rank or friendliness. It upsets me greatly when someone is biased and doesn't report even when it's a serious offense, when they are a donor.

Trustworthy: I am always telling the full truth, and not leaving any key points out.

Respectful: I am respectful to anybody and everybody and treat everyone equal. I never judge based upon race, sex, or any other characteristic the person may have.

Caring: I am very caring to everyone. I make sure everyone is getting what they deserve and what they want without going overboard. I tend to give refunds to people if they lost something.

Fair: This may tie into the non-biased thing. I am fair to people no matter who they are and everyone would get an equal amount no matter what rank or status towards me.

Experienced: I have a lot of experience with moderating and doing things much similar to moderating including being an admin of a server. I am very well aware of the commands and responsibilities this position requires.

Diligent: I am very diligent. I never give up. I will always strive to be the best moderator I am capable to be. I will always try and get justice for the people who deserve it. I am also very diligent by never giving up for something I am passionate about such as this server.

Wholehearted: I am a person who always says things from my heart and mean everything I say. I am in love with this server and the people on it and want to make it a better place.

Quick: Last, but not least, I am quick. I have an above average typing rate and I am quick to report if there is a problem. I feel this is an extremely good attribute as it shows the dedication you have to the server and it's players.

How long have you been playing Skyblock.org?
I joined Skyblock.net, as I said before, June 2012, however Skyblock.org was a little bit later. I do not have the exact date for when I joined but it may have been somewhere between September 2012 to November 2012.

Do you have any past experience as moderator?
Yes, I have had 3 other jobs as moderator before this so I am very well known with the commands. I have been moderating on servers very much similar to this (about 10 to 40 players a day).

Thank you for the feedback! I haven't seen you much either, I think it is due to Timezones. However I am restricted to a certain schedule as I do have school. But I will try to get on as soon as possible so we may see each other!

Thank you for the feedback! I will for sure be getting more active on the forums as that had been a weakness of mine for a while. As for the qualifications part, I feel as I have enough strength in the area and I do not want to ramble on about things that are unimportant about moderating.
