i bought a donor rank 2 days ago and nothing so i bought it again to day nothing i am get mad plz help me
Only cyp can look into if the payment went through, but to do so he needs the transaction number. It should have been given to you at purchase, or emailed to you.
Please provide the transaction number or no actions can be done. Also sometimes it takes awhile for payments to go through, sometimes up to 72 hours. So be patient.
mods don't have access to the donation system at all. Only cyp can help you with this if you think there is a problem. You can choose to wait a little while longer, or try emailing [email protected]
Also please be patient as somebody is working on it. Like kerahna said, only CypriotMerks has access to the donation system.
To Elaborate: You must absolutely get the transaction number. Otherwise you will have to wait twice the time for cypy to respond... And then he'll say get the transaction number. Your grammar is bad, so I suspect your young. Possibly get your parents to get the email it sent you and forward it to cyp. As for prepaid gift card, mine wouldn't work on PayPal so I used payment wall and it took like 3 days. If you get your rank and you bought it twice take that up with cyp. After 3 days just get your parents to forward the email to the Address kerahna posted. Hope this works out~ Chrix32
As other people said, you need to get the transaction number. Without it, there is no proof that you bought the rank.
