I think the bold font pretty much burnt my eyes, but I managed to read the whole passage and finally come up with a little conclusion to your "suggestion." I'm not doubting that .org needs more moderators, but this isn't up to us, obviously. From what I've seen, you've semi-denoted the staff team in a friendly way, which isn't technically a bad thing, but I believe asking them why they are not as active as you may want to perceive them to be would be a beneficial choice. Bot is inactive due to school, and you could have also asked the Australian players to get their insight on the moderators of org and their activity, not your own, due to you having to sleep and stuff. Some staff members currently are on vacation or have an inactivity notice up, so you can't exactly expect them to be on 24/7. I do 100% agree that we need a semi-revamp of the staff team, but I believe Cypriot's main vicinity of focus is currently on .net, Mineverse, and a bit of Skywars. Just be patient, the time will come.
It's not a suggestion, this is just a discussion topic. And I know it's not up to us, just seeing how everyone would think of handling it if it was their server. I know most mods note inactivity, but we don't need like most of our staff members noting inactivity .
Lemo is quite active on org at times. ---- Honestly, org does need new TMods, probably two, and Sakura definitely needs SMod. As I've gone over with Krissy, the SMods currently are positioned around the world. Rob being U.S., Krissy formerly being Aus, with Larry not fitting in, mainly just popping on here and there. Since Aus and US are the main timezones for Skyblock, the SMod team had it covered. Krissy's demotion screwed up this cycle, and since Larry or Sakura both don't live in Aus, the SMod time is perm messed up. Though saki does come on at night a lot, which is the normal daytime for Aus if I'm right. In conclusion... #Saki4SMod
I was completely shocked to see demotion's. I felt that there was an ok balance of mods on the server, but if anything we needed more! I think this would be the best option, before geo loses her freaking marbles due to sleep deprivation (I rarely see her off these days and we are on different timezones!!!)
Thank you Cyp for adding so many more mods (of course you might not read this but yeah.) Right now, even in my time zone, GMT+8, there are still many mods on. Some of them are Fight ChibiBerry and Sega_inc . Unfortunately, BOTBaccalord is not mod anymore
Take your time, GMP Sega and Fight are always on on this time zone anyways. I forgot to add SakuraWolf to the list ;-;
