No, I have never been banned on this server.

Why do you think you should be a mod?
I think I should be a mod because I am very active on the server; it is my favourite. I have had past experiences too. I would be beneficial to the server as I would help spotting hackers, building, and having fun too. I have been on this server for 2-3 years now and I know a lot about it. And I am good at building. I wouldn't mind doing anything for this server.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes, in fact I have had past experience being a member of staff, not necessarily a moderator, but I have been an Admin on two servers, and a helper on one other server.

Active Everyday:
I would most likely be on for at least 2 hours each day, apart from some Saturdays and sundays, but very rarely.

Yes, I am helpful. Like I said, I would be beneficial too. And I would help with whatever the server needs at most times, I would be very helpful to spot hackers and screen-record them- I screen record every match I play. This may have been a little bit repetitive however it is true.
