I just adore how defensive the moderators are. "We help, you don't help." Well I'm not a moderator, but maybe you should try helping this applicant? This just proves how unaccommodating you are. Let's not even pretend that if this applicant didn't write this saying you are unhelpful, if he just wrote a standard beginner application; you would all be so much more helpful and nicer with your feedback and responses. Just how insecure are you to defend yourself against an unknowing applicant?
