I have played skyblock.net since late 2012 on a friends account untill 2013, then my computer broke down and didnt play untill late 2014.(same year when i got my own account)Only then i got a new computer and mained pvp for a whole year. This year i decided to join back, one of my first ever game i played on minecraft, skyblock, on my fav server. Alot of things have changed so much, so i got alot of questions to ask. 1. Who is Cyp? Is he a new co-owner? If i remembered correctly, the owners were noobcrew and someone else. 2. Whats with all the banners? How was it even in the game from the first place? How did ppl customize it? When was it released? 3. What happened to mobareana? I used to love that mini game on skyblock.org which there are tons of wave of mobs and stuff. and im sure there was on MA on .net too 4. What happened to the /warp skybase or smth like that, if i remembered correctly there was an jail cell, a place for donators to /jump and a plane. 5. Does the redstone/string obby generator not work anymore? 6.How was chain stuff obtainable from the first place? 7. Is it just me or do i feel like u get lesser building places, according to the some where i read, only blocks within the 49 range is protected. Thats all the questions i need to know, my main question is about the banners, would b amazing if someone can elaborate more on the banner part
Answers to your questions: 1. Cypriot is a co-owner with Noobcrew I believe and joined the forums late September in 2012 just like you, so I don't understand why you don't remember him. 2. Many people have begun to start creating banners and customising them in patterns using a workbench/crafting table. I believe they were released in the most recent major update on Minecraft ,which is 1.8. 3. I do not have the answer to this question but I believe there was a glitch with it and it will be coming back ,or it has been removed entirely. Also while you were gone I think the server at one stage implemented spleef but then removed the game mode. Both these game modes were enjoyable whole they lasted. 4. ./warp Skybase has been changed dramatically since 2012 as well as the server and other warps if you have not noticed. 5. With one of the new major updates in Minecraft, I believe it was 1.8 , Mojang fixed the bug/glitch with the Obsidian Generators. 6. Chain Armour can not be crafted however skeletons and other mobs can be found wearing them. If you kill a mob with armour this includes chain armour then there is a small chance that the mob will drop its usual default loot as well as the armour. If you want chain armour I recommend visiting ./warp mob with a maxed looting 3 sword. 7. I'm actually not sure about this one but I feel as if that the old building range was 90 blocks ? Additional changes: Skin comps are mostly held on islands since the Skybase warp replaced it with a gold dragon You can now host and hold your own Trade Shop with grass as currency The spawn has been changed You can lock/unlock islands Locking an island stops people from being able to visit while unlocking an island lets people visit your island. Commands to lock and unlock: ./lock ./unlock To visit an island type ./visit (playername) Only coops/trusted people can grief your island There are more staff members The community is friendlier Voting for the server also gives you a voting key I really hope my answers helped, however I am quite new to the server too, so some answers may be wrong but I just love helping people out !! My god, thats a lot of changes.... and also i definately do agree, there is definately 10 times more mods. Also, how are banners made? and how do u customize it. Also, why is people selling banners for alot of grassblocks? I also noticed how rich and better people are now. Back in the olden days, i think getting a stack of grass was pretty hard... Can u explain a lil more on banners like how u customize it,craft it, etc. Thanks in advance, really cleared up all my questions

I once saw someone selling a "op" banner. Does it means that the banner have a word op on it? Also why are banners expensive in skyblocks.
The price of banners vary on the seller. Therefore, there is no reason as to why they are so expensive. As for the "op" banners they are god enchanted banners. God enchanted items have every enchant on them. You can get a donor100 and up to god enchant any item. Anywho, greetings
Also, i got one last question, why is everyone mentioning cyp? What happened to noobcrew? Is cyp the main owner now? or isit still noobcrew

How does people get gold/gold ingots Also, i recently just bought the donor25 rank and hope to be more in the skyblock community. Hope to see you guys online ps. is anyone selling a chain set? -/warp trade or trade with others -I'd say it's up to the buyer and seller. Not over 5 grass, though -/warp grass (gold nuggets at the nether villager trade) or trading with others And congrats/welcome back!
Normally I do, if you ever need to use it feel free to do so. I moved it to the very bottom of the island.
