For example: "Every player I encounter and speak with is treat with my utmost respect". If you're speaking with them then it is an encounter. This is like saying "walking to walk there". The part about "many cases are very much individual" is a bit odd as well. Aren't all cases "individual"?

Added some strike throughs and word choices to your quoted paragraph if you'd like to take a look, sir.

I was actually quite relieved to see that you had applied again. You were a great mod and seeing you on the team again would be nice. From what I've seen you're helpful, kind, and active. If I see you more than I see people in my timezone than that says something. You're mature and more than capable of handling the duties of a moderator as you have dealt with it before. You are experienced with the rules of the server, the players of the server, and the expectations that come with the moderator rank and I can tell you took all the feedback you received and put it into making your application better. From what I see this application does not need more information as you covered every concern I had or may of had.
