Really?! Already I have doubts for you regarding the second question. No capital letter, no full stop, and very vague. Eastern of what country? Of where? You need to say Eastern standard timezone of the USA utc-5.00 (Guessing you're from the USA judging by your prefix in the title). Please, please, please re write this and check for all the grammatical errors, and then re read to make sure it makes sense. You have put random punctuation and the wrong tenses throughout this as well as making not an awful lot of sense. I suggest cleaning this up. This is just really bad.
