Yes Why do YOU think you were banned? From memory for having an Emerald Ore which i got back in 2012.. Rejoined back in 2014/2015 and a Mod banned me for having the item. This is what i can rememeber. Was this an incorrect ban? I feel that the ban was a bit over the top, Yes it is currently an illegal item but there could have been an easier way rather than a permanent ban. I was not the person who spawned it in or nothing i was only the one obtaining it. The ban i feel was not needed and have waited awhile before i have made this appeal as i have been busy with my uni and focusing on it. I have felt that i'm more mature overall and feel that this can be resolved. I am able to give any staff the Emerald Ore to discard of if that is the case. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? As i joined over 4years ago (in 2012) I'm not fully sure, My memory hasn't been focused recently or rather for the past year on this game at all. There is a chance that i have been but i don't recall. If i have been banned in the past it was resolved but this appeal is the one ban i remember the most. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I feel that the ban was not fair in my favour, having an illegal item which on join i had no notice of. Back in 2012/2013 Ores were very rare but they were allowed (of what i remember). Later on once i quit the game for a year or so the rules changed and therefore i was banned for it. I was not aware of this updated rule at the time. I'm sorry for anything i may have unrightfully done regarding "illegal activity" on your .net server but i feel that we can all learn from experience. I joined Skyblock.net back in September 20th 2012 (or ealier but this was when my forums account was created) and was one of the first 100$ donors on the server. This was my first server and i feel that i'm missing out on what made me enjoy the game. If there is something else that i would be able to do to improve this ban i would be open to any options. As of the current moment i think my player still obtains the Emerald ore and will be able to give to a staff to dispose of it. Whats going to happen is i will unban you, confiscate the item and then i have to reban for for the moment. As this is not my ban originally i want to get this sorts asap and getting the item back will help.
I cannot find a reason to keep you banned now as you were supposed to be unbanned by Zambiana and there is no illegal item. I will let you back on the server however this is on a last chance basis. Do not break any of the rules, especially griefing. If you do I will have you perm banned and no chance to appeal. Thank-you.
