Wade... mods have other priorities. They may just let one or two spams/caps let through. Also they will also kick as a punishment.

Actually, no, it is apart of a moderator's duty to do that. They maintain the server by answering questions, helping players, etc.

 

Technically by definition and other servers I've worked on, moderation is mainly to control and enforce the rules.

 

I think this is a little harsh the mods step in when they need to. If they don't see the need to step in then they don't see the need and that's that.

 

This excuse is so often used in an improper context. You're a cool guy, aight man? Just be you.
