its gone up now, even the diamond exchange for net or org has gone up, people are selling 3k to 1 diamond now, and there is people on the server asking for upgrades for 30k to 1USD.

I would not take joeys offer. Upgraders on org are hard to come by and you just have to wait to find the right one

 

People can offer any amount it's not that they are going up its because they will over pay for something they want kinda like how there is more demand then supplier and the suppliers will do most people who over pay
